• Travel agreement
    1.General provisions
    1.1 In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is an official public offer of Mybill Marketing Limited Liability Company, represented by General Director Yuriy Viktorovich Avinov, acting on the basis of the Charter, Sub-Agent Agreement № ARP 31/17 with Regional Transportation Agency LLC, Agreement No. MA-038A-A/2105 dated 01/05/2021 with My Agent LLC that provide for the sale of transport and other services (hereinafter referred to as the Sub-Agent) to conclude the agreement under the terms specified below. This public offer contains all material terms and conditions for the provision on behalf of the carriers and/or the Agent of services for booking, execution and sale of electronic transportation documents, as well as hotel reservation and car rental services on this website (“Site”) used by the Sub-Agent to post this offer and receive its acceptance, and which has been visited by any user of this Site.
    1.2 Complete and unconditional acceptance of this public offer (i.e. a response of acceptance of the offer) shall be the performance by the user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) of actions to fulfil the agreement conditions specified in the offer, expressing the intention to use the Site to process an electronic transportation document.
    1.3. In the case of acceptance of the conditions stated below, by making a purchase of electronic tickets (boarding passes) or ordering other hotel and/or car rent services (hereinafter referred to as “other services”) on the Site, the individual who accepts this offer expresses consent to all the provisions of this offer and becomes the Customer (acceptance of the offer is equivalent to entering into an agreement under the conditions stated in the offer).
    1.4 All contracts for transportation services, other services, information about which is placed on the Sub-Agent's Site shall be concluded after the formation of the Order by the Customer with the Carriers or the Agent in accordance with the Russian and international legislation.
    1.5 By accepting this public offer, the Customer guarantees that he/she is 18 years of age and confirms his/her legal capacity and capability.
    2.Definitions
    In this public offer as well as in the information presented on the Site, all of the following definitions will have the meanings defined below:
    2.1 Sub-Agent is Mybill Marketing LLC, based on sub-agent agreement No. APP 31/17 with Regional Transportation Agency LLC or agreement No. MA-038A-A/2105 dated 01.05.2021 with My Agent LLC, uses the Site in order to attract Customers to create Orders (issue tickets, book, order other services) in systems (interfaces) of Agents integrated on the Site and to conclude passenger transportation agreements and/or pay for other services on behalf and at the expense of Carriers or Agent.
    Agent(s) is(are) the Regional Transportation Agency Limited Liability Company or the My Agent Limited Liability Company, each of which is authorised to provide services on behalf of the Carriers for the booking, execution and sale of air passenger transportation on domestic and international flights and the sale of rail passenger transportation in domestic and interstate (CIS countries) traffic, as well as the provision of other services, including hotel reservations and car rental.
    2.2 Site is the web-based, visually perceptible set of pages and access control elements for the software and information tools located at the address of the Site, which allows the Customer to view information on the schedule, carriage services, carriage charge, information on other reservation services (hotels, cars), etc.
    2.3 Carriage agreement is an agreement under which the Carrier undertakes to carry the Customer and/or other persons specified in the Order (hereinafter also - passengers) to the point of destination, and in case of baggage delivery by the passenger to the destination point and deliver the luggage to the person authorized to receive it, and the passenger undertakes to pay the established fare (carriage fee), and if the luggage is delivered and for its carriage. The conclusion of the passenger carriage agreement is certified by a document of transportation (electronic ticket).
    2.4 Customer is an individual who has accepted this offer, hereinafter jointly with Sub-Agent referred to as “Parties”.
    2.5 Order is a duly completed Customer's request to enter into a carriage agreement with Carriers or an Agent presented on the Site, or to enter into a lease agreement for hotel accommodation, or to enter into a lease agreement for a car.
    2.6 Itinerary receipt is an extract from the automated booking system (ABS) containing the terms and conditions of a carriage agreement concluded by the Customer.
    2.7 Carrier (transportation service provider) is a legal entity possessing the required licenses and permits and which has undertaken the obligation to deliver the passenger and his/her baggage from the point of departure to the point of destination under the carriage agreement.
    2.8. Transfer transportation is a transportation of a passenger and his/her baggage from the point of departure to the point of destination with one or more intermediate transfer points.
    2.9. Electronic Document of Carriage is an electronic and digital document which certifies the agreement of passenger and baggage carriage by air with the information on the conditions of the carriage agreement being placed in the ABS.
    2.10. Charter Flights are flights that are operated outside the timetable under a charter agreement between the tour operator and air carrier, approved by the Civil Aviation Service.
    2.11. Charter Air Ticket is a ticket for a charter flight purchased by the Customer on the relevant section of the Site.
    2.12. Lowcoster is a low-cost airline, which offers low prices for its flights, does not organise meals on board, the price of the ticket shall include only the fee for hand baggage transportation, the ticket shall not be exchangeable or refundable.
    2.13. ABS is the Automated Booking System, which provides information on timetables, seat availability, fares and which can be used for booking and issuing tickets as well as other services.
    2.14. IATA is the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
    2.15. Interline is an agreement between the Carriers on mutual recognition of transport documents.
    2.16. E-ticket quota is number of E-tickets which a Sub-Agent may issue via ABS.
    2.17. Provider is a hotel accommodation provider or a car rental provider depending on the Customer's Order.
    3.Subject of the offer
    3.1 The Sub-Agent undertakes to perform, on behalf and at the expense of the Carriers, hotel accommodation providers, car rental providers or Agent, on the basis of an Order (at the Customer's option):
    3.1.1. issuance of tickets by entering into passenger carriage agreements on behalf and at the expense of the Carriers or the Agent, namely:
    booking, selling and issuing carriage of electronic transport documents in accordance with the terms and conditions of this offer, in strict compliance with the applicable tariffs, sales rules and conditions governing ticketing published in the ABS;
    3.1.2. processing of hotel reservations;
    3.1.3. registration of car rental reservations,
    and the Customer undertakes to pay the cost of the formalised transport (passenger fare), or the cost of hotel accommodation or the cost of car rental respectively.
    3.2 The Sub-Agent has the right to involve directly the Agent in the performance of his/her obligations under this offer who has the right to provide full services of reservation, execution and sale of electronic travel documents, as well as hotel reservation and car rental, including the use of own interactive services, website and other software tools.
    3.3 This public offer shall be deemed accepted from the moment the Customer confirms his/her acceptance of its terms by choosing: using the interface options (putting a tick mark), meaning “correct data entry, agreement with the rules of tariffs and conditions of the offer” at the appropriate step of the booking dialogue on the Site.
    4.Procedures for payment, processing of carriage and payment of hotel accommodation and car rental fees
    4.1 Payment and processing of carriage on scheduled flights
    4.1.1 The Sub-Agent makes out the booked and paid carriage. The cost of carriage (fare) is made up of the fare/combination of fares and charges set by the Carrier and published by the Carriers in the ABS.
    4.1.2 Prior to booking, the Customer shall read the information which includes general rules of carriage, rules of check-in and boarding, information on documents required for travel, rules of child carriage, rules of veterinary, phytosanitary, customs, border and pre-flight control, and other necessary information.
    4.1.3 The Customer independently forms an Order on the Sub-Agent's Site. The Customer gets acquainted with all the conditions of the Order during the booking process.
    4.1.4 The completed Order is to be paid for by the Customer within the time indicated after the Order (time-limit) by one of the following methods:
    - Points (certificates), implemented by the organisers of bonus programs, in the order established by the Sub-Agent;
    - A bank card through the payment systems presented on the Site (aggregators, acquirers), integrated into the Site's service;
    - Other payment methods provided on the Site by payment systems (aggregators) integrated into the Site's service.
    When forming and carrying out the Order, the Customer agrees to the terms and amount of commission withheld from the payment made by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer) integrated into the service of the Site, which is used to accept payments by bank card from the Customer. At the time of formation of the Order, the Site service provides the Customer with calculation of the amount of commission withheld by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer) integrated into the Site service, which is used to accept the payment by bank card from the Customer.
    4.1.5.If the Order is not paid before the time limit, it will be cancelled. A cancelled Order cannot be restored for payment again, except by creating a new Order by the Customer on the Sub-Agent's Site. The time limit for payment of the Order can be changed by the Carrier for reasons beyond the Sub-Agent's control without prior notice to the Customer, passengers and the Sub-Agent.
    4.1.6. The Customer confirms that the personal data entered by him when operating on the Site for all passengers required for the conclusion of the Agreement of carriage are true and accurate, and the Customer has received permission for the transfer and processing of personal data, and the Customer consents to the Sub-Agent, the Agent and the Carrier to process this personal data for the purposes of the conclusion and performance of the Agreement of carriage.
    4.1.7. Changes in the data of any of the passengers on the issued Order shall entail changes in the fares agreed in the Order, since any changes require the return of electronic carriage documents of this Order and the issuing of a new Order. Therefore, the Customer assumes all possible commercial risks (return of electronic transport documents, issuing a new Order, fare changes, refunds, etc.) associated with his/her actions of errors and inaccuracies in the provision of personal passenger data.
    4.1.8. Itinerary receipt is available to the Customer at the moment of crediting of funds to the Sub-Agent's current account at the last step of the booking.
    4.1.9 The Sub-Agent's obligations are considered fulfilled properly and in full, and the carriage agreement is concluded at the moment of submission of the Itinerary Receipt containing the provisions of the carriage agreement concluded by the Customer on the last booking stage, except for low-cost carriage, charter carriage. Information about the peculiarities of such transportation (low-cost, charter) can be found in the relevant sections of the offer which the Customer shall read prior to the transportation purchase.
    The Sub-Agent has a right to provide the Customer additionally with an electronic document in the form of an itinerary receipt at the e-mail address specified by the Customer when making the booking.
    4.1.10. The Sub-Agent and the payment aggregators (systems, acquirers) accepting payments from the Customers have a right to refuse the Customer to issue an electronic transportation document or additionally demand copies of the bank card holder's documents if the Sub-Agent has grounds to believe that the transaction of payment for the Order by bank card can be recognized as fraudulent.
    4.1.11. Conditions of return, amendments to the issued electronic carriage documents and other conditions of carriage services are subject to the rules of tariff application, carriage agreement with the Carrier, the offer and other documents of the Agent, this public offer, the Air Code and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation, and may impose penalties on the Customer.
    4.1.12. Refunds for unused transportation are subject to the refund procedure prescribed by the Carriers and/or the Agent in the “How to Exchange or Return a Ticket” sections of their websites and in strict compliance with the Carrier's fare rules and technology. In the case of voluntary return of an electronic document of transportation, an additional fee may be charged for the refund operation, the amount of which is indicated in the relevant sections of the websites of the Agent and/or Carriers and/or Providers. However, the Tariff may be non-refundable.
    4.2 Charter flights
    4.2.1 A passenger is allowed on a flight only upon presentation of an itinerary receipt and a passport. In case of a charter carriage, the time of departure (within 24 hours), airports of departure and arrival, flight numbers, and carriers may be changed. The Customer receives information about the modified conditions of carriage to the specified email address during check-in. The Passenger shall independently clarify information about possible changes in advance and just before the flight. The passenger shall check information about the return flight one day prior to departure. In case of passenger's refusal of transportation for any reason no refund of the charter carriage cost will be provided, no changes in the conditions of charter carriage will be made on the passenger's initiative (exchange of the certificate/route receipt). If the Passenger fails to appear for the first flight, the carrier will cancel the ticket for the return flight and the passenger will not be able to use the return flight.
    4.2.2 Before the booking commences, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions under which the certificate/ itinerary receipt shall not be refundable or exchangeable.
    4.2.3 Prior to commencement of the booking, the Customer shall accept the conditions and procedure for booking and payment for charter carriage, including those described in the section “Charters” on the website of the Agent and the relevant Carrier.
    4.2.4 The Customer shall receive the itinerary receipt by email one day prior to departure.
    4.3 Payment and processing of low-cost carriage (low-cost airlines).
    4.3.1.1 When booking low-cost carriage, an itinerary receipt shall be sent to the Customer's email address within two hours after payment for the ticket. In order to board a low-cost airline flight, the passenger shall produce a printed boarding pass. The boarding pass will be sent to the Customer's email address after the automatic check-in for the carrier's flight. In this case, the Sub-Agent performs check-in only for the flights of the Carriers providing this service free of charge. In this case, the Sub-Agent sends to the Customer the Boarding pass to the specified e-mail address. In other cases, the Customer shall be obliged to check-in and receive the boarding pass himself/herself at the airport of departure or on the Carrier's website. The Sub-Agent is not responsible for the Customer's own check-in. In some cases, the airline requires that the Customer pays for the order with the company's virtual card and provide a copy of that card at check-in. A copy of the card will be e-mailed to the Customer along with the itinerary receipt and boarding pass when required.
    4.3.1.2 If the flight consists of flights operated by several airlines, the boarding pass will be printed for each flight on the selected route. The itinerary receipt sent to the Customer's e-mail may contain information on the flights of all the airlines that perform the flight on the chosen route and shall be printed on a single form.
    4.3.1.3 If the Customer has indicated an incorrect e-mail address, or for any other reason the Boarding pass has not been delivered to the Customer's e-mail, the Sub-Agent's or Carrier's customer support shall be immediately notified thereof. Otherwise, in the absence of the Boarding Pass, such Customer will be denied boarding the aircraft or be requested to pay for airport check-in.
    4.3.2 Baggage allowance on flights of low-cost airlines.
    4.3.2.1 One piece (cabin baggage) is free of charge.
    4.3.2.2 Baggage parameters:
    The weight of one piece of baggage is 15 kg
    The height of cabin baggage is 20 cm
    The length of cabin baggage is 55 cm
    The width of cabin baggage is 40 cm
    The weight of cabin baggage is 10 kg
    4.3.2.3 Extra pieces of baggage (maximum 1 or 2 bags) are additionally charged on site or at check-in at the airport of departure.
    4.3.2.4. The Customer shall pick up his/her cabin baggage and submit it for inspection when transferring to another flight.
    4.3.2.5 In some cases, some airlines may charge additional charges for cabin baggage during transfer to their flight.
    4.3.3 Discounts for children and infants
    4.3.3.1 Discounts for infants and children are not available.
    4.3.4 Peculiarities of flight on low-cost airlines.
    4.3.4.1 The itinerary receipt does not contain the ticket number; it contains the booking number.
    4.3.4.2 Meals during the flight are not provided (not included in the ticket price).
    4.3.5 Refund and exchange
    4.3.5.1 Air ticket refund and exchange of air tickets are not provided upon the Customer's request.
    4.3.5.2. In the event of delay of the first flight and inability to continue the route due to being late for the second segment of the route, the Customer shall immediately contact a Customer support of an Agent or a Carrier by mail or phone and inform about details of the route and personal information.
    4.3.5.3. Sub-Agent shall not be liable for refund of money paid by Customer for electronic transport documents, for flight delay and cancellation, refusal to provide meals and accommodation in the accommodation facility in case of flight delay.
    4.4 Hotel booking and processing procedures
    4.4.1 Payment processing for hotel booking
    The reservation of rooms is made by the Customer himself/herself on the Site. In doing so, the Customer shall determine the term of accommodation, level of accommodation, type of accommodation and other terms and conditions of service by himself/herself. When making a reservation, the Customer shall fill in all the fields presented as “obligatory” for filling in at the corresponding step. Reservations made by the Customer on the Site are final. Once the reservation is made, the Customer is automatically notified of the status of the reservation to the email address specified in the reservation. All reservation conditions, including making any changes, cancellation of services booked, as well as other conditions of hotel services are subject to the rules of the respective provider of the given service, the current legislation of the Russian Federation, and the applicable international norms.
    4.4.2 The cost and payment of booked hotels
    The cost of booked hotels (hotel accommodations) (hereinafter also referred to as booked services) is indicated online on the Site and can be changed unilaterally by the respective rental provider (hotel administration) and/or accommodation service provider (accommodation facility). The cost of the booked services includes the cost of accommodation in the object of accommodation taking into account the parameters chosen by the Customer: category of the object of accommodation, room type, meals, etc., as well as the Agent's remuneration for the provision of reservation services. The reservation payment deadline (time limit) is indicated on the Site when making the reservation as well as in the service message sent to the Customer about the status of the service. If the relevant rental provider (hotel administration) (hereinafter also Supplier) does not receive the payment from the Customer within the specified deadline, the issued Order is automatically cancelled. The issued Order must be paid by the Customer within the established time limit (time limit can be changed by the Supplier) in one of the following ways:
    - Points (certificates), implemented by the organisers of bonus programs, in the order established by the Sub-Agent;
    - A bank card through the payment systems (aggregators, acquirers), presented on the Site integrated into the Site's service;
    - Other payment methods provided on the Site by payment systems (aggregators) integrated into the Site's service.
    When forming and carrying out the Order, the Customer agrees to the terms and amount of commission withheld from the payment made by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer) integrated into the service of the Site, which is used to accept payments by bank card from the Customer. At the time of the formation of the Order, the Site service provides the Customer with the calculation of the amount of commission withheld by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer), integrated into the Site service, through which the payment by the Customer’s bank card is accepted.
    4.4.3 Cancellation, amendment of hotel bookings
    All booking conditions, including: making any changes to the issued Orders, cancellation of services, as well as other conditions of service provision shall be governed by the rules of application of the tariff for the given booked service established by the respective Provider, the Provider's public offer agreement. In case of changes in reservation conditions, cancellation of reservation, amendments thereof, penalties are imposed according to the rules established by the Provider and displayed in the Customer's personal profile. The reservation is considered to be cancelled after the Provider assigns the status “Cancelled” and sends a corresponding service letter to the Customer. The deadlines for changing and cancelling the Order, as well as the amount of penalties for non-compliance with these deadlines and in case of incomplete use of the booked services, are provided to the Customer when booking and are displayed in the Order in the Personal Account of the Customer. Refunds to the Customer shall be made by the Agent in the amount specified in the regulations of the Service Provider.
    4.5 Car rental booking
    4.5.1 Upon making the booking, the car rental agent (hereinafter also referred to as Provider) notifies the Customer that the terms and conditions of the car rental are defined for each individual booking and are displayed for the Customer in a separate active link which details the conditions, rates, return policy and which the Customer must read. The Provider shall not be liable if the Customer has not read the terms and conditions of the car rental. If the relevant Provider does not receive payment for the Order from the Customer within the specified period of time, the executed Order shall be automatically cancelled. The issued Order must be paid by the Customer within the established time limit (the time limit can be changed by the Provider) in one of the following ways:
    - Bonus points (certificates), implemented by the organisers of bonus programs (hereinafter referred to as “Points”), in the order established by the Sub-Agent;
    - A bank card through the payment systems (aggregators, acquirers), presented on the Site integrated into the Site's service;
    - Other payment methods provided on the Site by payment systems (aggregators) integrated into the Site's service.
    When forming and carrying out the Order, the Customer agrees to the terms and amount of commission withheld from the payment made by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer) integrated into the service of the Site, which is used to accept payments by bank card from the Customer. At the time of the formation of the Order, the Site service provides the Customer with the calculation of the amount of commission withheld by the payment system (aggregator, acquirer), integrated into the Site service, through which the payment by the Customer’s bank card is accepted.
    4.6. In case of payment of the Order by a bank card, the Sub-Agent, after fulfilling its obligations to arrange tickets, as well as to provide other hotel booking and car rental services provided by clause 3.1 of this offer, sends the Customer a receipt containing information about the payment made by the Customer under this offer, in any available way, including:
    - Information in the Customer's personal account;
    - SMS;
    - Push-notification;
    - The message to the email address of the Customer.
    5. Special terms of payment by points
    5.1 When paying for the Order in full or in part by Points, the Customer shall make such payment using the appropriate functionality of the Site. In this case, the Sub-Agent is not responsible for possible violations and actions of the organisers of the bonus programs who have issued (provided, implemented) such points, or for the possibility of paying for the Order with such points. When selecting the condition of paying for the Order in full or in part with points, the corresponding organiser of the bonus program who issued such points shall be responsible to the Customer for the solvency of such points.
    6.Other terms and conditions
    6.1 In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 6 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No.152-FZ “On Personal Data” processing of the Customer's and/or passengers' personal data shall be carried out in order to fulfill this offer and the carriage agreement, one of the parties of which is the Customer and/or passenger. The Customer agrees (confirms the consent of all passengers entered into the booking) to the processing, distribution of personal data entered into the booking (name, surname, gender, date of birth, citizenship, passport series and number, phone number, email address) including their transfer to third parties providing or servicing transportation, and cross-border transfer of these personal data.
    6.2 The Sub-Agent undertakes to use the Customer's and/or passengers' personal data, indicated by the Customer when making the Order, only for the carriage sales, identification of the Customer and fulfillment of obligations under this public offer. The Sub-Agent undertakes not to store and not to use the Customer's personal data for sending documents and messages that are not related to the issued Orders.
    6.3 The Customer has a right to get consultations by phone regarding reservation, execution and sale of electronic carriage documents. In order to receive these consultations, it is necessary to contact the Support Service by phone of the Sub-Agent, Agent or relevant Carrier or by e-mail specified in the section “Contacts” on the Site, websites of the Agent or relevant Carrier.
    6.4 The Customer confirms and warrants that he/she is familiar and agrees with:
    - the terms and conditions of application of Carrier's tariffs, including the conditions of refund and exchange of tickets, as well as additional fees charged by payment aggregators (systems, acquirers) when accepting payments on the Site;
    - all terms and conditions of reservation, execution and sale of electronic carriage documents, as well as hotel reservations and car rentals, including refund policies (for monies paid for reservations and other services) which are posted on the Agent's Site as well as on the Sites of the Carriers and Providers concerned;
    - requirements for foreign passports and other formal documents, including requirements for the remaining validity period of the foreign passport necessary for obtaining a visa and entry into the country of residence;
    - specifics and rules of customs, border, pre-flight, phytosanitary and veterinary control of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, and the obligation to abide by these rules;
    - rules of passenger carriage and conditions of onboard service;
    - rules for booking, payment, exchange and refund of charter tickets;
    - the fact that passengers shall be solely responsible for the validity of passports, consent for departure for minor children and other documents.
    6.5 The terms of this public offer established for carriage services shall apply to the relations of the parties to the hotel accommodation reservation and car rental agreements (Customer, Agent, Sub-Agent, Provider) to the extent that their content corresponds to the nature and subject matter of the relevant agreement.
    6.6 This Offer (including any part of it) may be changed by Sub-Agent without any special notice. The new wording of the offer shall be effective from the moment of its posting on the Site or communicated in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new wording of the offer.
    7. Duties and responsibilities of the Parties
    7.1 Parties shall be responsible for non-performance and/or improper performance of their obligations under this public offer in the manner and on conditions determined by this public offer and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    7.2 Sub-Agent is not responsible for the impossibility of execution of electronic carriage document by the Customer because of communication lines failure, Customer's equipment failure, etc.
    7.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, including: epidemic, fire, volcanic eruption, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters and cataclysms, man-made disasters, lack of electricity and/or computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, riots, actions of state and other authorities, any other circumstances that prevent the Sub-Agent from performing its obligations under this public offer, the Sub-Agent shall be released from liability for partial or full non-performance of its obligations.
    7.4 All information about conditions of carriage as well as conditions of other services (timetable, availability of seats for flights, trains, values of fares, fees, rules of application of fares, etc.) is presented on the Site in full compliance with how it is published in automated booking systems by Carriers, their authorized representatives, and Agent. The Sub-Agent has no possibility to check the above information and is not responsible for inaccuracies in it, for erroneous data on the carriage services, other services, as well as for damages caused to the Customer due to errors in the information.
    7.5 The Sub-Agent shall not be liable for possible violations and actions that are not within its competence, namely:
    - For the Customer's provision of inaccurate, insufficient, untimely information and documents, the Customer's violation of the terms and conditions of this public offer or requirements for documents;
    - For the actions of the consulates of foreign countries, including the delay, refusal of the visa;
    - For the actions of carriers, including (but not limited to) non-compliance with the conditions of booking and rules of tariffs, conditions of contract of carriage, change, cancellation, postponement, delay of flights (trains), not providing connections during transfer transportation, loss of baggage or personal belongings of passengers. In these cases, carriers are liable before the Customer according to Russian and international legislation;
    - For the actions of immigration, customs, veterinary and phytosanitary control agencies;
    - For actions (omission) of passengers, namely: violation of customs and border formalities, travel and baggage rules, rules of conduct in the country of temporary stay; absence of travel documents issued by the Sub-Agent; passengers' failure to appear or being late for flight check-in or train departure; passengers' failure to observe rules of conduct on board aircraft, in the train; passengers' failure to have duly executed foreign passports, appropriate documents for removing children.
    7.6 The Sub-Agent shall not be liable for the procedure of refund of the money paid by the Customer for electronic carriage documents, for other services. The obligation to refund payment for electronic carriage documents as well as for hotel reservations and/or car rentals shall be the responsibility of the Agent or the relevant Carrier/Sub-Agent, unless the Sub-Agent has been authorised to refund such payment.
    7.7 The Customer (Passenger) assumes full responsibility for the preparation of all documents required for travel. The Customer (passenger) should know and comply with all requirements of the country to which he/she is going, regarding the preparation of documents necessary for departure and arrival as well as for transfer transportation for the whole route, the need and conditions of visas, valid passports, powers of attorney or other documents for the departure of children, etc. The Sub-Agent shall not be liable for the Customer's ignorance or failure to comply with these requirements.
    7.8 The Customer shall be obliged to read, prior to acceptance of this offer, all conditions of reservation, execution, sale of electronic carriage documents, as well as hotel reservation and car rental conditions which are posted on the Agent's website and on the Sites of the relevant Carriers and Providers. By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms that he/she is familiar with all conditions of reservation, execution and sale of electronic carriage documents, as well as conditions of hotel reservation and car rental posted on the Agent's website and Sites of relevant Carriers and Providers, and agrees that such conditions apply to the order of services provided under this offer and relations between the Parties to the extent not contrary to the terms of the Offer.
    7.9. Disputes and disagreements, which may arise in the performance of this public offer, the Parties will seek to resolve by negotiation, including compliance with the claim procedure. The Sub-Agent shall consider the Customer's claim, sent in written form to the Sub-Agent's postal address, within 10 (ten) working days from the Sub-Agent's receipt. If the claim examination requires clarification from the Carriers, the deadline for responding to the claim may be extended until a reply is received from the Carrier and/or the Agent. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, including the claim procedure, the dispute shall be considered by the relevant court at the Sub-Agent's location, in case the Sub-Agent is an authorised party to the obligations arising from this Offer.
    8. Sub-Agent's details
